Piero’s Italian Cuisine, one of Las Vegas’s most iconic dining institutions, invites guests to celebrate Thanksgiving in its legendary dining rooms on Thursday, Nov. 26, from 3 to 8 p.m. Following the success of its inaugural Thanksgiving dinner last year, Piero’s will offer a special three-course holiday menu for $85 per person, alongside its acclaimed Italian dinner menu, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy traditional Thanksgiving favorites or the signature dishes that have made Piero’s a Las Vegas institution for more than four decades.
The three-course Thanksgiving dinner begins with a choice of three starters: butternut squash soup with maple mascarpone and toasted pumpkin seeds; shaved Brussels sprouts salad with radicchio, apples, goat cheese, and toasted walnuts; or pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage.
The traditional Thanksgiving entrée features roasted turkey breast accompanied by turkey sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce, and sage gravy. The holiday meal concludes with pumpkin cheesecake garnished with pecan streusel, Chantilly cream, and warm caramel sauce.
Complementing the holiday menu and Piero’s extensive wine list, guests can enjoy a special Crème Brûlée Old Fashioned cocktail featuring Penelope Crème Brûlée Bourbon, orange bitters, and maple syrup.
Guests looking to enjoy Piero’s signature Italian cuisine can also order from the restaurant’s dinner menu, featuring longtime favorites such as osso buco, veal chop parmigiana, and fresh stone crabs.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, guests can enjoy live entertainment in Piero’s iconic Monkey Bar from 4 to 8 p.m., bringing a touch of classic Las Vegas to the Thanksgiving celebration.
